All rates include accommodation in the chosen room category along with complimentary breakfast and accomodation for 1 driver per room/booking.
Booking Policy
A 40% deposit of the total stay amount is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation, and full payment on Check In.
Payment Policy
Payments can be made via UPI, credit card, debit card, online banking, or cash deposit in favor of UPI mob No. 9733368802 or AXIS Bank Account No. 915010033836823, IFSC Code- UTIB0002600, A/c Name: RINZING LENDUP BHUTIA
GST is applicable at the time of reservation.
Extra Guest Policy
Rooms are booked on a double occupancy basis, with a maximum of 3 guests per room (2 Adults and 1 child upto 12 years).
An additional guest (12 years and above) sharing the room with two adults will be charged as per extra bed policy.
This policy applies to all room categories.
Cancellation Policy
Charged 50% on or before 07 days of Check-in or Tour
Note: The policy is calculated on the total booking amount, not on any partial payment made.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in. Accepted documents include:
– Aadhaar Card
– Driving License
– Voter ID (India)
– Passport (for international travelers)
Note: Local IDs are not accepted.
Child Policy
Children below 5 years (without an extra bed) stay complimentary.
Children above 05 years (without an extra bed) are charged only for 1500.
If an extra bed is required, charges will be the same as for an adult.
Guests traveling with infants or children under 05 must provide age verification at check-in. Acceptable documents include a birth certificate, passport, or government-issued ID confirming the child’s age.
